I'm here, moving succs, it was marvelous to see slickwife, slickdaughter
and slickdog!

Now just to fins somewhere to live - the house we made an offer on had a contingency contract, and those buyers came in at the last second.

That succs. The good thing is, its almost past the "golden house selling time*" so the sellers will be more willing to negotiate.

*golden house selling time: the period of the summer when most people make a move. Afterwards, people tend to hunker down and put the kids in school where they are.
