Which means I can crank up my own music on the iPod...but other than that it's really freakin' boring here today. The innerweb is failing me. Suggestions?

Enemy = boss, somewhat.

Everyone else is pretty cool.

Well, the tech that sits behind me that constantly keeps me updated on EVERY story on CNN.com and that whole LOST-internet experience thing bugs most of the time, but she does a lot of work for me.

Plus, hardly anyone drinks coffee, so that's out.


and in an unrelated note, Purple Haze is a kick-arse song.

You didn't like the thread about things for one purpose used for something else, that was pure gold!

I am the only one here this pm and I think the office needs to shut down at around 3:30! ;)

The boss's office's only entrance in through our lab...it would be stinky.

Labs smell enough already, anyway.

And anything that is done may push my graduation back by years. We don't want that. I've still got 3 to go.

Well, lunch will take up a valuable ~hour and a half...that's something.


[edit]...wow, I've become a whiny, fearful little wus.

Someone get me out of grad school, stat.

No desks. Benchtops.

And due to OUHSC's stringent computer password policies, I can't change the OSU-grad tech's desktop to AD or anything.

I've tried :D.

If you are using optical mice, place tape across the bottom where the led lights are...unplug everyones keyboard, and monitor.

Foiled again! I can unplug the mouse from the eMac, but everyone else has laptops.

Including the POS Inspiron8000 I'm typing this on.

At least my day is better than my wife's...she's stuck at the union studying.
