Made Margaritas and homemade salsa this past weekend - throw the tomatoes, onions, and peppers on the grill for a few minutes to give the salsa a smoky flavor then serve with chips, aforementioned margaritas, smoked chicken enchiladas, and pineapple rice - also good with mojitos instead of margaritas!
