It's like goth, but more Buddy Holly glasses and more sad than angry, I think.

What the hell does she have to be sad about? I bet she's got a decent family, a roof over her head, she's probably healthy, etc.

We went to watch Monster House this weekend(which I don't recommend for little kids) and the babysitter, Zee, made me think of Melo. Not sure if it was the black hair or the Van's.

I wonder what other sub-genres of American society I'm unaware of..

Yes. How do you feel about making girls cry? Beyonce.

My mom convinced me to grow my natural hair color out. She asked me if I was going to, and I told her I would if she would give me the ok to cut my hair into a mohawk. :D

For all of the iTunes Savvy, there's a Hope is Emo podcast. And, if you haven't already, I'd check out ask a ninja. It's made by the same people as this, as melo said, and I find it quite funny. askaninja.com
