Good news for corn farmers, potentially bad news for cattle feeders, and worse news for folks who finish hogs, and it likely won't help cow-calf folk.

Also, the Doha round of trade talks have collasped which could lead to a larger than expected new farm bill.

In addidtion the price of ethanol has dropped sharply recently which is good as it sure spur demand as prices are still well above breakevens.

Anyway, now that I am a sponosor, I feel like I should have periodic educational posts.
