What is a 7 on 7?

I was thinking it was receivers on d-backs but it seems everyone gets involved. How do they do it? Also for those who have been there, are practices very regimental where you know whats about to happen here or there or do they change each day? Thanks, wish I were there.

4 Wr's, QB,RB, and center...I dont know for sure...Just a guess on my part...

I dont think there is a center in 7 on 7. We had 7 on 7 leagues and tournaments in Arkansas. I had to go to a few when I was a junior and senior in high school. It is DE's LB's and DB's. The other side of the ball is everyone but the big boys. Does the Big XII have a summer league or something?

I rented the video "7 on 7" recently. A lot of moaning, and arms and legs everywhere. To be honest, there was so much going on, I couldn't keep track of all the action.
