Can anyone find AD's 40 and 100 yard times?

I have a poster on a Texas site saying JC runs a 10.12 100 meter (I don't really doubt that...I'm sure he's close to if not that fast. The guy seems pretty honest...for a Texas fan).

He's saying JC is hands down way faster than AD. I said the difference would be nominal on a football field.

Please to help a fat man.

Didn't AD run a 4.37 last spring? I'll see if I can find that article.

JC is pretty damn fast.

I think Jesus can run 100 meters however fast he wants.

willie gault had some wheels too. too bads his hands were made of bricks. there's much more to football than speed. i'd take AD over any back in the country. i don't care who's "faster" than him. certainly, no question.

Daryl Hunt barely ran a 5.0 and he's OU's all-time leading tackler.

JC's times are correct in the 100. He is a fast dude for sure, but as mentioned before with all homerism aside I would still take AD

comming out of highschool it was said AD ran a 10.2 100 meter but then at the state 100m championships he ran a 10.67 comming in second place...so you can take your pick. im sure at some point he probably posted a 10.2 but who knows

i can run the 100meters in 10.3 but that don't make me a better football player than AD.

Well, don't say anything, but I saw AD running across water a few weeks ago... and let me tell ya, I don't think Jamaal Charles is THAT fast...

i can run the 100meters in 10.3 but that don't make me a better football player than AD.Yeah but martin 10.3 minutes for the 100 meters ain't world class.Btw my time is 4.6 in the 100 meters.I knew if I trained hard I could break the 5 minute barrier.:D

I did that once, but it was wind-assisted, so it didn't count.

JC who?

Ya know, the kid that said he would make everyone forget about Adrian Peterson.

What a complete toolbox...

I like the title of your thread. Here are a few others:

JWhite throw
Ruuufus tackle
Tommie sack
"Superman" fly

:) Takes me two and one half days, but hell, I'm really a nice feller. All this talk about Jamaal Charles being faster than AD at 100 yards means absolutely nothing. If it was important, they'd not be timing football players at the 40 yard distance. I'll put AD's time in the 40 up against anyones and I'm betting Charles doesn't go faster in that distance.

C'mon, somebody prove me wrong if I am. What is JC's 40 yard (the distance that counts in football) dash time?

1. If you're worried about Oklahoma tailback Adrian Peterson's ankle, don't. When offseason conditioning began, Peterson ran a 4.41 in the 40. Strength coach Jerry Schmidt announced, "4.4" and told Peterson not to run again. When a couple of teammates also ran "4.4s", albeit 4.46 or so, Peterson's competitive instinct took over. He got back in line. This time: 4.35.
just so we have an accurate number for AD's 40

Can somebody find that article with AD holding (I believe 80 lb) weights in each hand and jumping vertically a pretty decent height. (Can't remember the height but I was amazed at what it was.) Anyone else remember seeing this?

I think they actually have someone hang onto AD when he runs his 40's. I mean, he has to make it fair for everybody else. So, 4.3-4.4 isn't bad when you're dragging somebody. :D
