man, I screwed up. The wife bought me a blackberry about a week ago, and I just found out it doesn't work with our companies exchange server. Now, I have a new phone and i need to exchange it (or upgrade). How should I approach them about upgrading/exchanging the phone?
I guess as a last resort I can sell the thing on ebay to recoop some of the costs and just buy another one.
