I'm sick of it! Not gonna take it any more! I have to take control so tommorrow afternoon I am going to WALK all the way out to the street in front of my house and get the mail. I may even do it without a bottle of water but haven't decided for sure, I'm bold but not crazy. I'll keep you informed.

OK so I'm trying to figure out what I should do to prep for the event. Should I hydrate heavily throughout the day. I'm starting to get a little nervous.

Be sure you include electrolytes. You might even want to consider branched chain amino acid supplements, in case you stop to pick up the paper from the driveway or something.
