So I decided I really wanted some dessert, but there wasn't anything in the house and I didn't really feel like spending any money. then I remembered there were a couple of mushy bananas on the counter and a bag of walnuts in the freezer.

45 minutes later I have fresh banana-nut-rum bread. (I didn't have quite as many bananas as the recipe called for and I was worried the batter might turn out a little too dry, so I added some rum to make sure it was moist enough.)

Totally freakin' awesome.

Tear a piece of bread up and put it in a bowl. Moosh up a banana and put it with the bread. Add some walnuts. Put rum over the entire mixture. Enjoy!
