My 4 man scramble was today and my team shot an 18 under. 2 pars, 2 eagles and 14 birdies. The winning team shot 28 under. There was also a 14 year old kid that had a hole in one on the $5,000 hole. I guess he got gift certificates or something. I told him and his dad to take the money. In two years when he was in HS nobody would remember/care that he won $5,000. I've seen it happen before with HS sophomores that won money in a 3 on 3basketball tournament and 2 of the winners continued to play HS basketball and later on D1 football and D1 baseball.

Agreed, some strange score keeping going on here. Must have had a massive amount of "handicap" strokes.

I'm going out on a limb here and stating that would be impossible even with 4 PGA pros in the group; you would need to make 10 Eagles and 8 birdies and i can't see Tiger, Phil, Vijay, and Ernie being able to do that.

I'm thinking the same thing.. played in a ton of scrambles and 18-20 under is about as good as a group can do for 18 holes. 28, that's insane.
