In lue of Mike "Lord of the Jackasses" Holder screwing the pooch royally at LosuR this year and jacking up their prices in that run-down-junk-heap-can't-sell-out-unless-OU-UT-or-Nebbish-is-coming stadium they call Boone Pickens, I have a two-fold question for the Sooner faithful:

How many Sooner fans do you anticipate for this years Bedlam game in Stoolwater and how many of you are already making plans to attend? Granted, some of us get sick just approaching the turn off to go to Stoolwater and wouldn't be caught dead there, but I think it might be just a little fun to go up there and watch AD dominate them again! I am thinking about going ahead and buying a ticket this coming week. How about you?

I am actually thinking of going too just because there is a strong chance the Sooners might be more plentiful!

If OU is playing somewhere. I go. Regardless of locale.

Even if the 'b' word is used...

Every OU fan in OUr fanbase should go and wait OUtside the stadium. We'll tailgate and watch it on my TV. I would honestly bring my big TV to see the OSU fans that ****ed off at us "not supporting them..."

The electricity, advances in plumbing technology, and overall tendency towards heterosexual behavior are too much of a culture shock.

Plus, it would take, like, WAYYYYY to much diesel to fuel all of those tractors to get to Norman and back, but I guess they could always sleep in their tents alongside the road if they had to...guess it comes down to their just plain sceered of all of those conf. and national titles staring them in the face as the come down Jenkins.....

No way in hell I'm paying $100 for the privilege of getting a tetnus shot to ward off anything I might get in that scrapheap. I say we tailgate in Norman outside of Owen Field just as a proverbial middle finger to Nose Pickens and The Hair.

you guys have to understand--they are a backward culture up there. i would try the barter system when trying to acquire tickets. this breed they call "poke" are inclined to favor such things such as brass spitoons, sheep shears, gerbils(sick i know), and hitching posts. i'm just saying--think about it.

So standing outside the stadium for the whole game and chanting "Boomer Sooner!!!" for hours on end is sounding a little better, now, eh???
