You've got the only excessive heat warning in the entire state. Come to think of it, I've never seen an excessive heat warning in the state for anywhere but Tulsa County. The counties around you aren't even under a heat advisory.

Tulsans = pussies

Remember, you started it

Actually, its due to our higher overall educational level. See, people who work in offices aren't as accustomed to the heat as people who hang out in front of the trailer house drinking beer all day while waiting on the mailman to bring their check or plotting a new meth lab location.

Sounds like it's due to an excessive amount of hot air. :D

Poor OKC, you had a river that had to be mowed 7 months out of the year.
Now you have dammed(damned?) it all.

That's all I got folks. ;)

Criteria for an excessive heat warning to tough to reach...heat index of 105F and an overnight low temperature of 80F...for 2 or more days. About the only place you'll do that is in the Tulsa metro proper...heat island effect.

Oh...you were being smart alecky....

Don't forget the humidity contribution of all those trees. Suck it, Green Country!
