One of them has the fish oils that does something, blah, blah............

Anyway......I am sick of burping up this "tunalike" aftertaste.

Anyone else ever have this issue?

These meals haven't included seafood by any chance, have they?

The 1200mg Omega 3 tablets that I take do the same thing...unless I drink an entire glass of water.

If it tasted like ribs I really wouldn't mind.

That would be symptomatic of acute mercury poisoning.

no......they're brown and full of fish oily goodness.

The others look like clear capsules of finely chopped mary jane.

unless you burp fish or have comments about burping fish you really should mosey out of here.

With a quality fish oil you should not be tasting fish on the way down or when it comes back up in the form of a burp or otherwise.

I actually did a bunch of research to find what I liked. I carry two different brands in my office(and take them myself). Coromega (http://www.coromega.com/) is one that is great for kids. It actually has an orange sherbert flavor and is in a gel form. My son just puts his right in a spoon and eats it that way. Some kids like it stirred into their orange juice or yogurt. Another that I carry is innate choice (http://www.innatechoice.com/), I prefer it for adults because its higher in EPA and DHA which is the beneficial parts of fish oil. It has a mild lemon flavor to it. Neither will produce fishy burps. Check out the innate choice website for some good info on the health benefits.

From a nutritional standpoint, EVERYONE should be supplementing their omega fatty acids...fish oil is the best source for omega 3. The health benefits are just huge.

I ate some cajun style talapia at Molly's Landing the other night and my farts smelled like spicy fish.
