Is it illegal for kids or anyone to repeatedly call your home even after you tell them to stop? i mean its on the caller I.d.

thank you.. i dont' wanna actually do anything yet but i may print that out and show such punks and punks parents.

Yep but the kids will get a wet noodle across their face , the parents will say " OH MY "
shoot the lil bastages ;)

Call early Wednesday morning, between 7 and 8 AM, so you are likely to get the parents.
Be nice, but ask if they know anything about the crank calls to your number. The parents will deny it (and they probably don't), so nicely say this is the number that is showing up on my caller ID. I just wanted to let a parent know because as a parent I would appreciate the the heads up before the police are notified. Just say the calls are scaring my kids and I can't have that. Thank you very much.
Then stand there with a smile on your face as you imagine the kids getting in trouble.

as a person that was led out of a sweet assed party in handcuffs in front of about 200 folks I can assure you that you can say that the kid threatened to kill you over the phone even if he didn't and a Judge will issue a warrant for his arrest, if he's old enough.
