We have the DVD collection of the shows. The boy absolutely loves it! He has the PeeWee dance perfected. However, I don't like it when he starts saying, "I know you are, but what am I" over and over.

Yep, they rock. Also Phil Hartman as Captain Carl and Sandra Berhardt as the switchboard operator for the video phone. Larry Bud Melman is an episode or two.

Pee Wee's Big Adventure is coming on this weekend on TBS. I'm recording it for my 7 yr old daughter. She watched it about a year ago and loved it. The part where he is dancing at the bar was the hardest I've ever seen her laugh.

You know, looking back on this show, it was REALLY messed up. I remember one episode where PeeWee was trying to get a glimpse of some girl's undergarments by using mirrors on his shoes, but the girl stymied him by saying "Nice try PeeWee, but I'm not wearing any underwear!"

I think I spit out my drink when I heard that one recently... Can you believe it?
