I heard on the radio they have the best t-rex skeleton on the planet currently on exhibit at the Noble museum. Will someone please verify? That might be worth a trip if so.

It is very cool. In fact, the whole place is cool and, surprisingly, is really geered toward kids more than adults (despite being a museum). Lots of hands-on stuff for kids (even 2 year olds) to do and touch.

Mrs Sb and Mini SB 1 & 2 went to visit. When asked if he saw the T-Rex skeleton, Mini SB 1 said, "ISS NAME IS SUE! Iss BIG dinosaur!"

I don't think they are 100% sure of the gender.

How can they not know? It'd have to have had a wanker the size of Braggs.

Well, it's a skeleton, and there's no bone in the wanker.

We went on Saturday. It is Sue.

A couple of weeks ago, my sis was in from Tulsa and mentioned something about Sue being in Norman. Both my wife and my son freaked out, "SUE!!!!" My son apparently has a book that talks about it and she has read it to him multiple times.
Anyway, it is a decent exhibit and worth checking out but it's only there until the end of July.

Also, Sue is an "it" there is no way right now to tell for sure if it is a male or female. There is some bone on the tail(yeah, I know I'm asking for it) that this one has that they use to believe indicated a male but now they don't know.

I bet the old chiropractor got a little misty eyed looking at a ginormous skeleton like that. How many vertebrae do those things have anyway...not counting the tail of course?;)

unless we're talking raccoons. My hillbilly relatives often sport a coon wanker bone in the hatband of their Stetsons.

Right. Many animals, including coyotes, polar bears, and some whales, have a baculum, or penis bone, but apparently not the T-rex.
