It will make 5 years in a row that a player from either OU or USC has won it.

Palmer
White
Leinart
Bush
Peterson ?

When any player from any school is competing against a Notre Dame quarterback for the Heisman, he's got an uphill climb.

Although we keep hearing that the Heisman is more and more about the guy who has defined the season (or the leader of the best team), I don't think Notre Dame will have to go undefeated for a Brady Heisman.

If Quinn stumbles several times and/or AD is just too impressive to ignore...it'll be five straight years the Heisman goes back to either the Switzer Center or Heritage Hall.

i think if peterson wins, it should've been 3-2 OU in the past five years. he should've won in '04, not leinart
