I got nothing, but it seems odd.

I thought that the largest UN prison is underground beneath the OKC airport.

Isn't that what McVeigh believed?

That's probably where they kept him before his final flight to Indiana.

Maybe the little indian tribes want to have a UN of their own? Might be a cool thing to have at the next mega casino or smokeshop.

This is genius. They have an old abandoned SAC base in Burns Flat. if they moved the UN there, I bet most of the ambassadors would quit and go back to their countries of origin. I like it. Let's make it happen.

That's going to be a spaceport.

Heh. It's been 'going to be' a spaceport for about 20 years now. :D

Someone sure is keeping that turd of an idea alive for some reason. They even have ads about it at the Tulsa airport.

I hate to think we have roads and bridges falling apart, and no money to give teachers & government workers a raise, yet the state has money to waste on this POS idea at burns flats.

Monkeys will fly out of my butt before Burns Flat becomes a spaceport. Just saying.

How about Burns Flat for the 2016 Olympic Games?

How about Burns Flat for the 2016 Olympic Games?

Would that be the winter or summer Olympics?

Well I wouldn't think that a place with "Flat" in its name would be too swell for alpine skiing but they probably have a dirt mound or two in BF they could trick out.

Yes, and it has flights that both arrive & depart.

Interesting that one of our so-called space port facilities is a 9-hole golf course.
