I have some pics of my nephew and some are full frontal when he's less than an hour old.

FYI, I didn't take them as I didn't get there until the day after he was born but they are on my computer.

i'd say context is pretty important when you're talking about extremely young kids. once they get past a certain age (maybe 2 or 3?), there's really no reason to take or show anyone pictures of them nekkid.

The test seems to be pretty much whether the pics are prone to get pedophiles fired-up. There may be some sick bastages who get all dreamy thinking about nekkid newborns, but hopefully not too many.:O

These kinds of pics (and those of up to 2 year olds in the bath tub) are what's known as "black mail pictures". When they get older and start dating, you threaten to take out the nekkid pics from when they were little...

focal point of the picture.....if you zoomed in on the kids weenis, and there's a sexual or suggestive pose, then it can be classified as child porn.........key word "Can be"

sometimes its obvious as free pie and chips, other times not so obvious

I've never taken a picture of my daughter where you can see anything in the lower front area. There are some naked bottom pics, but that's it. I just don't want any pictures of that, ever.

I have a son that's due in September, so I don't know if it will be the same with him. I do know that I was very interested in seeing his parts on the ultrasound, whereas I was promptly requesting a change of scenery when I saw my daughters ultrasound.

just wait until the nurse brings him back from the Doc taking his 'turtleneck' and shows you how to care for it. I knew better than to look being as he isn't my kid and I won't be wrapping jack squat, but I looked on nevertheless.
