I always thought it was the one going uphill because it is harder to get going uphill.

There actually is a hill near there with somewhat of a dubious noteriety.
It is called "spook hill" and your car apparently will roll up hill when you are on it.

The effect has been greatly diminished by the addition of a new subdivision on one side of it......................Oh, wait, that describes most all of Florida.
