YOU SUCK!!! You have ****ed me twice now. The first POS I bought was the BOSS or some cheap POS that lasted 1 year. That is after on the first try to use I had to replace the belt that makes the brush thingy spin.

After that POS finally died I replaced it with the 4D something or another.
http://www.eureka.com/products/upright/5892bvz/images/large_5892bvz.jpg A more expensive POS than the BOSS. I tried to use it for the first time yesterday and the focking belt that makes the brush thingy spin broke and you were kind enough to not put a spare in there this time.

YOU SUCK.

Sincerely,
The World

Typically, when I buy something and it sucks (or doesn't in this case) I don't go and buy a second one.

My old lady felt the need to plop down a bunch of cash on a Kirby about 5 years ago. She liked the fact that you could shampoo the carpet with it too. I think the thing is way overpriced, but it's been an excellent vacuum and we have had zero problems with it.

My mom and dad had one - it ran for about 15 years just fine before they decided to get a new vacuum.
