His name is Charlie Bingo. He was abandoned at our Hotel and I've fallen in love with him. He is a very sweet dog, rarely barks, and is house trained. If his owners come for him, they are outta luck.

He is a cutie. Congrats.
If they don't come back for him within 3 hours of your finding him, they have abandoned him. So congrats!

He's cute, but Dorothy is gonna be p1ssed and is liable to put her ruby slippers mojo on you when she figures out you have Toto!;)
