View Full Version : Ted Nugent disses the French

Herr Scholz
6/29/2006, 09:11 AM
Pretty funny.

Ted Nugent was being interviewed by a French journalist. The
journalist asked, "What do you think the last thought is, in the mind of
a deer, before you shoot it? Is it, `Are you my friend?` or is it `Are
you the one who killed my brother?'"

Nugent replied, "They aren't capable of that kind of thinking. All
they care about is, 'What am I going to eat next', and 'can I run fast
enough to get away'. They are very much like the French in that regard."

According to a July 15, 1990 interview for the Detroit Free Press, Nugent described how he avoided the draft during the Vietnam War: He claims that 30 days before his Draft Board Physical, he stopped all forms of personal hygiene. The last ten days he ingested nothing but junk food and Pepsi, and a week before his physical he stopped using the bathroom altogether, virtually living inside pants caked with excrement and stained by his urine. That spectacle won Nugent a deferment, he says. His quote: “ but if I would have gone over there, I’d have been killed, or I’d have killed, , or I’d have killed all the Hippies in the foxholes… I would have killed everybody.”

That included a blanket statement that covers a good many of the posters on this board.

I repeat, go F*ck yourself. Don't call me a coward. Don't call anyone else on here a coward. Do you even know any of the people on here? Call Nugent what you want. Call Bush what you want. Just don't make a blanket statement about me. There have been some baneings this week and I am more than happy to join the group if it means I take an asshat like you with me.

And what war did your boy Clinton serve in?

Well, he was in that war called: raised by a single parent in rural Arkansas to single handedly gain entry into an Ivy League school and become a Rhodes Scholar attending Oxford after Yale.

Then you have ol' cocaine and draft dodger-barely graduating from where daddy got you accepted.

One seems like a boot strapper, and one seems like a complete muppet.

I have never in my life said or thought anything negative concerning the service of a Vietnam Vet.
