There are a lot of *** **** hippies all over the place in the field. When I want to reasearch farming, I don't want to see crap about Iraq on the same web page. Just corn and cattle, is that too much to ask.

I don't want beef or corn tainted with the oil-blood of the middle east.

It's not too much to ask, although one would think with that many hippies around, this wouldn't be a problem.

The profit margins. Exploting Hippies and the Amish pays very well.

Hippies are a funny bunch. Plus they can live in your walls. Infestation of hippies is the worst.

Hippies aside, I think your Paul Splittorff avatar should be an Avatar of the Year nominee.

When I was a child, my dad used to take me to Rangers games at old Arlington Stadium. I saw many a Royals-Rangers game from 1978 to 1987. Good times. Great Royals teams back in the day.

Yep, everything thing went south when the signed Mark and Storm Davis, and then Mr. K died. Before that the Royals were argubably baseballs model franchise.

Mr. K? The Royals were my team when I was a kid. Are you refering to their old manager? What was his name?

Whitey Herzog, but he's talking about the owner, Kauffman.

The owner, Ewing Kauffman. Dick Howser was the manager that died.

Dude, my dad's company had season tickets right behind the visitors dugout. So, I met tons of Royals as a child. Darrell Porter once gave me a cookie. U.L. Washington told me to be speak up when I wanted something in life. The Royals players were as fan friendly as you could get in the pre-eBay/junk collectible era.

The Royals had a lot of players like that. I remember getting to go the Royals carvan that they take all over the region. I got Bret Saberhagen's autograph, and Kevin Setizers too. I think it all stems from Buck O'Neill's influence(It's a travesty that he didn't get selected for the Hall of Fame as part of the Negro Leagues deal they did this year) Frank White deserves mention in this area too.

I'm sure the dip****s will get around to voting him in as soon as he dies. :(
