Anyone have a video or sound clip of the Oklahoma band playing Alabama's fight song after the 77-0 beatdown of A&M? Random question I know, but I'm putting it together for a site.

I was in band that year... we didnt play the Bama fight song duing the 03 aTm game.

It was my understanding that after the 77-0 game, the band played the Alabama fight song because Fran had left 'Bama the year before. Could be wrong.

nope, the only time we played their fight song was when Bama visited in 02, during pregame.

Nope. I was in the band that year too. We didn't. We did let a few "Roll Tide"s loose at ol' Fran, but that was about it.

Believe me, we hate Fran the SOB as much as the next guy. He left Tuscaloosa in 2002 while holding a teleconference to tell the players.

Well it turned out pretty good for Bear Bryant who won a National Championship at A&M and then won some at Alabama...and the Tide reaked back then

I'd also add that Bear Bryant never won a national title at A&M either.

True, my mistake. He went undefeated one year, but A&M's National Title was under someone else.

I do remember the year when texas was beating down colorado I think and being obnoxious about it, so colorado started playing BOomer Sooner. Correct me if it wasnt Colorado but I do remember this happening cus It was funny as hell
