It's lack of sex that's discussed. You can ask SAS about the reason. :D

Folks..........I'm quite familiar with sex.

It's like riding a bicycle. Only my wife backed over the bike with her car.

But that isn't the issue.

Is it a church/money thing, or a church/person thing?

My girlfriend was a member of that Methodist church in downtown Oklahoma City. You know, the one off of 4th St.? Well, two people in her choir had an affair, left their heartbroken spouses and then, the pastor had the gall and the audacity to marry the two adulterers right there at the church alter.

I said then, "That church may just get hit by a tornado or something." Well, little did we know...

So, anyway, back to the subject; I wish you would tell us what happened sanantoniosooner.

In my experience, a lot of church going folks are the worst pedifiles, adultlerers, gossips and back-stabbers I have had the misfortune of knowing.
They make a big show of getting dressed in their finest clothes and hauling themselves off to church of a Sunday and Wednesday......and proceed to look down upon and talk about the folks who aren't as well dressed or advantaged as they are. Gossip between hymns, during prayers, nodding off during the sermons......but still claim their "Christian Satus. " Tsk, tsk, tsk.

I don't want to go off on 'christians' as I claim to be one myself.

Some people just don't grasp interpersonal relationships regardless of the setting.

My setting just happens to be at church.

Being Christian does not mean that you will not have problems or go through issues in your life. If anything it is harder because you are held to a higher standard, and supposed to be better that the rest or something.

we need more throwing people to the Lions....I'd suggest politicians first, but that'd be cruel and unusual punishment for the lions.

I'm about to go crusade up side your head if you want to turn this into a christian bashing thread.

A-holes come in all denominations and even those who don't claim one at all.

Yeah, but a-holes outside the church don't pretend that there's somebody up there who loves them.

That counts for something.

Or so I'm told.

I guess.

Exhibit A: Stoop Dawg

Which begs the question: Are you really an a-hole if you know you're an a-hole and do it anyway? Is there a difference between an unwitting a-hole and conscientious one?

That's why you started a thread on a message board, cause you don't want to talk about it? :D
