That was Steve Owens' brother Dale, who is an insurance salesman in Miami, OK. That whole family is a class act, except for his brother Dale and his kids who were complete @$$hats...Great vid, makes me proud to be a Sooner and pumped for this season!

Slightly off topic here, but regarding Murray.

Has he qualified? I know that the first time he took the SAT (or ACT, not sure which) he had a pretty low score and was going to retake.

Anyone know what's going on with him?

sooner94, Murray is already on campus and is enrolled in some classes I believe if I read my ouinsider stuff correctly. He;s qualified along with Tennel and the only question mark is Patterson I guess. I've heard that he's going to qulaify, though (insider info there ;) )

That's good to hear. Sounds like the 2006 year's recruiting class can't wait to come in and make an impact. I have heard great things about McCoy also, that he is working out like a madman (glad he;s friends with Tommie Harris-looks like Tommie has taught him how to work hard).

Bordy's dad is not Dale, he's Tinker. When I dated Steve and Barb's niece in coll., we used to take Bordy, Lindsey, and Brandy to the pool . Now it's time for me to feel old... How old is Bordy??? I can remember picking him up so he could see the ice cream selection at Baskin Robbins on Main St!!!
