Mrs Homey and Spawn are in Wichititiie.

I have just returned from a rewarding day of providing free legal services to Tulsa homeless peeps.

I have brung home a "Hideaway" Sooner Schooner which I shall consume by myself and watch a movie.

I feel good about myself and none of you guys is gonna bring me down.

Homey, out.

Doesn't giving the homeless anything just encourage them to remain homeless?

You have no idea "Mr Born With a Silver Spoon In Your Mouth.";)

There is a big ol' world out there with lots of temptations and some of your fellow humans succumb to those temptations. I think helping give them a shot at a "reboot" is a good thing.

Certainly is a good thing. After volunteering at a shelter, I gained a new perspective on these folks.

What was the deal a year or two ago with a homeless guy who killed someone coming out of a bar in Tulsa?

At any rate, if you're helping them to become productive citizens again then I definitely see the benefit in that.

How is it there is a lawyer out there with apparent morals and a good heart(and somewhat religious, too)? Weren't you paying any attention in law school?

The bad lawyers, ambulance chasers and blood-suckers get all the press. I believe they are in the minority. You'd be amazed how many guys and ladies are out there doing it because they actually want to benefit and advance our society by preventing or correcting injustice.

I wish that were true but most of them I've known are in it for the money, power, and prestige, present company excluded of course.

Well yeah, but most of those were representing your ex-wives, so it's only natural that you wouldn't like them. ;)

One of these days, we're going to have an extensive lecture and brainstorming series to get to the bottom of why I'm such a right bastard. :D

Bastards are loveable in spite of themselves, but pricks...well, not so much. :D
