so i brought my removable HD to work so i could copy my iTunes library to my PC here...how do i do it? importing only plays them from the HD..i want to copy them and put them directly on the PC...

I tried copying the folders from my iTunes folder on the HD and and putting them in my iTunes folder on my PC but it kept giving me an error that said something about "redundancy"??

Did this happen more than once?

Try renaming the folder on your removable and moving it over?

when you are copying them you are in explorer or something and not iTunes, right?

is it like a Cyclic Redundancy Check error or something?

iTunes is annoying (and inferior to winamp, IMHO)....i use this player from Audion with the Mac in my office.

is there enough room on the disk to make a zip file and move that?

does it work if you just move a smaller folder or some of the files?

i wonder if the folder you are moving is too big for the filesystem, are you going between 2 different filesystems?

does it work for a while and fail? you might just need break it up into chunks

don't they have reruns in Norman? i spent a glorious summer (90, 91?) watching channel 34 with a friend of mine--Hawaii 5-O and Star Trek back to back from 10-midnight....right after i got off work at my summer job at the Lovelight.

good times....

i never really could get into Hawaii 5-0

i watched some of the original series Star Trek, but not a lot. i always liked the movies and TNG better
