ok i know the running joke about the ou ringtone, but if any of you actually do want an ou ringtone and you have boomer sooner or any song you want saved on your computer as an mp3 file you can have it converted to be your ringtone with this..and also i know you all probably think this is just stupid spam which is fine, youll just miss out but if you actually do wanna use this i thought id share it with my sooner friends..and to answer your question, yes its free, although you only get a certain amount of free ones, but if you spread the word theyll give you more "credits" so if anyones interested click on this link and then click on Sign Up Now

A good place to get songs is walmart.com in their music section.

Nope, or at least not that I'm aware of yet. They have promotions that you can do for extra credits but nothing they make you do. No spam mail or anything. If you have it on your computer, you can get it on your phone. I also have AD jumping over the OK St player from his freshman year as my background now, and you can get those without wasting the credits so I thought that was pretty cool.

Don't all the new phones come with software that allows you to create your own ringtones on your computer and then transfer them to your phone via bluetooth or cables?

My Motorola Pebl did.
