i just had to call a claimant on her cell phone, got her voice mail which had the "you know what to do" message, followed by a full 2+ minutes of some rap song playing on the stereo in the background

if you do this sort of thing, because you like being an individual....please find some other way to do that

when i get that crap... i just turn on MY radio and leave them 2 minutes of music (usually country if they're playing rap) before i leave the actual message.

exactly, she wants help, you did your part. If she doesn't call back then the company saves money off of her stupidity.

That happens about as often as.... Texas winning the national championship..
