1 can of peaches in a lite syrup, cold
1 ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
ice, to thicken
Put it all in the blender and liquefy.

I do, everyday. I think "where do I want to go for lunch?" then I go and pay for my lunch and eat.

I go through Wichita every once in a while, driving to Colorado. I refer to it as that last bit of something before the nothingness that is western Kansas and eastern Colorado. Except that is for the town that is the birthplace of Bob Dole and Arlan Spector.
