imo, only psychos hang "under". toilet paper MUST be hung over!

I just leave mine standing on the toliet tank. Much easier than messing with rolling and unrolling and changing rolls.

People who go under need to be committed or shot on spot. Over is the only acceptable way.

It's exactly the opposite of people -- people are better hung under than hung over. Toilet paper, the other way around.

Over. You f'ing hillbillies need to go to a fine hotel and you will see that they hang it over with the corners folded to a point. Not that I do the folding thing..., but you get my drift.
