I'm hovering dangerously close to being "overweight" at 24.8.

I love charts like these. I'm at 37.7, I know I'm overweight but geez. I'm 6-4 and right around 300. According to this I should weigh about 200. I weighed 200 when I was a soph. in high school and I was 6-4. My senior year I was 6-4, 245 and solid muscle. According to this chart I was obese then. Also according to this AD is 1 point away from being obese. :D

I'm overweight at 5'6", 160 lbs. When people look at me they say I don't look like I weigh 160, so I don't care if I'm "overweight" or not.
I'm almost underweight. 19.6

I read a comment in the DMN concerning these "calculations" and it was interesting that Evander Holyfield in his prime was just below obese.
Most NFL linebackers are obese by BMI standards, with > 10% body fat.

I'm also slightly overweight at 6'2" 200lbs. Personally, I just think the 200 lbs. need some minor rearranging.

The current BMI scale is about as useful as a presidential 'approval rating'.
Funny math.

At 6'3", I have to weigh less than I did in high school to not be overweight? Right.

6 years ago it was 37.3 (6'0", 275#). Now it's 24.0 (177#).
