Now Phil Steele's magazine has joined Athalon in naming the sooners as champeens of college football for 06. He even omitted the domers and WVU from the top 5 to lend some legitimacy to his list I suppose. The magazine cover says that he has been more accurate at guessing than any other national publication in the past 5 years. I reccon we'll all just have to play the games and see what happens.

Usually Phil Steele is pretty good, but I dunno about this pick. I hope he's right, but I bet we start the year in the 4-8 range.
