This morning, she's running around with a small book of poems.
She's delighted that she had one published.

EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD TO PAY $60 TO GET IT IN THE BOOK, AND BUY THE BOOK for $40 more!

Not long after Taco Bell lunch,
my innards gave me a hunch;
The gas I did spew, made all 'round say, "P.U.!"
And ill stares did befall the whole bunch.

i have poetry published in some of those stupid books. I entered some poetry contest thing.... i asked them not to put the poem in the book, but they did it anyway. i didn't buy the book, and they supposedly nominated me for some poetry award that i would be eligible for IF I paid a ton of money and went to WAshington D.C. for their stupid convention thing that probably doesn't even exist.

it's a bunch of crap. Every year or so i go back to their website and try to get them to remove my poem and name from the site. i don't think it's ever worked.

Most of the rich people here send their excess cash to Phil so we can have a gold star and get in exclusive forums and talk about peeps and stuff.

A Thankful Prayer for Heavenly Hands

Some may come and some may go,
Into out lives they bestow.
They reach out and touch those in need.
They lend a hand for us to proceed.
Where they come from, only heaven knows,
Out of no where you feel the glow.
They reach out and lend a hand
To help restore all our land.
Storms may cross our path,
And we may think we are at our last.
But the road we travel is all up hill.
We climb up another step to fulfill.
God sends us heavenly hands
To restore and rebuild the Primise Land.
So, take the time to thank that one
For the nails, the hammer, the wood, and the Son!
