I'm working with an office in OKC that has a Lucent Partner ACS phone system in place. Unfortunately, due to turnover, etc., no one knows how to operate the phones at this point beyond calling and answering.
The outgoing message is very old, and the directory is way out of date. I've got some documentation off Avaya's website, but I can't figure out how to change those two things. It doesn't seem to be as simple as changing the outgoing message at one of the main extensions.
Anyone out there familiar with this phone system and willing to offer a bit of guidance? I could sure use the help.
