All an evolutionary scientist or biologist has to do is provide one piece of evidence that one biological organism underwent an evolutionary period at some point in Earth's history. That’s it. It's been proved time and again for over a century.

Okay, so....if it is reasonable to keep rocket launchers away from the the populace (and I agree it probably is), what is so unreasonable about a ban on partial birth abortion? You argue for 'reasonable' gun control, then you say 'any regulation of abortion leads to more regulation.' That's what I'm trying to say about gun control. Where's the stopping point? I bet if the courts backed off, abortion in certain cases would still be legal, but partial birth would be gone. I bet the american people don't want to legalize rocket launchers, but they still want to protect the 2nd amendment. Blue states and Red states will never agree on these issues, because no one can agree one what 'reasonable' is. That's why I argue for states rights.

Oh I definetly think they should regulate abortion clinics. I think that regardless of what I think, history has shown that women can get abortions either safely or they can get them dangerously. Illegalizing abortions will not stop abortion anymore than marijuana being illegal or murder being illegal has stopped those two acts. I think regulation is a bad idea but there is a point where allowing too much freedom infringes on the safety or freedoms of others.
