I am looking for managers who have at least three people reporting to them to particpate in a project for my organization behavior class. It is jointly administed by UNL and the Gallup Corporation, and is all done on-line. It has a proven track record of success with several Fortune 500 companies including Boening and Kellogg. It was developed by one of the most distinguished people in the field of organizational behavior, Dr. Fred Luthans (http://www.cba.unl.edu/people/profile.asp?ID=996). You would join participants from the First Data Corporation, and Archer-Daniels Midland in the program as well. I would sincerely appreciate any help you all can provide, and I appreciate the time it took you all to read this. If you would like to help me out just send me a PM.
