I think I'm getting sick and was wondering if there is anything going around? I hate going to the doctor, especially if it's a cold or something that they can't fix.

I can't breathe, my throat is sore and I just feel lousy.

es something has been going around. A buddy of mine the lives near Ft. Worth was sick 4 days last week with a bad cold.

It could be herpes simplex 4. You should go to the doctor before things start falling off.

Yeah, that sounds like me. For almost three weeks now, I've had a tight, sore, congested chest. My throat is sore and dry, and I have a hacking cough. All of which aggravates my asthma. I thougth it was a cold coming on, but it hasn't ever materialized. I've decided that if I don't feel better by the end of the month, I'm going back to my doc.

I've gotten sick more times in the past 6 months than I have the past 5 yrs. I went to my doctor in February and she said it's largely due to the unusually warm winter we just had. Who knows though.

All of the storm fronts moving through/by the last few months are triggering everyone's allergies. I started getting a headache about 3 AM.
Go in and get started on the correct allergy meds. It can make a huge difference.

Kaiser, when all of the upper respiratory stuff starts, I have to add Advair to my regualr asthma meds. It does work for me. Then I can stop it after the signs and symptoms go away.
