I just thought I'd mention, alton Brown had an episode of Good Eats about homebrewing on last night. Probably all stuff you guys know already, but I thought it was pretty cool.
cool. I don't do it myself, but I'll mention that to a friend of mine that does. Later this week is the beer tasting party for his latest batch...coffee-beer. It could be interesting.

That was the second time that I have seen that episode. On that episode, he did a pretty good job of just sticking to the information that you need to know without going into all sorts of tangents. I sometimes think that guy could make boiling water complex. He's like a mix of Julia Child and Bill Nye.

His yogurt episode was entertaining. FoodNetwork is win. I love the addon that lets me search it from my FireFox toolbar... :D
