I'm headed home from work and stop in to my local QT for an item or two. The clerk who checks me out is pleasant enough. I noted she had an ACE bandage around her ankle and I politely asked "how did you hurt yourself?"

She replied, "Oh that, well, I have a tattoo, its a tribal band around my ankle, and QT doesn't allow employees to expose their tattoos. So, when I wear shorts or cropped pants like these, I gotta cover it up. They say it freaks out the customers."

The register area is on a raised platform. She was getting me some Skoal from the little dip rack they have behind the register.
