So car 1 and car 2 are sitting at a red light. Car 3 pulls up, and for whatever reason decides not to stop behind cars 1 & 2. He proceeds to go around these 2 cars and pull in front of car 1 at the intersection. He is then yelled at by the cop on the corner and then backs up and gets back behind car 2...Why did the moron even pull around the first 2 cars to begin with?

Because he has important work to do. And he thinks you don't.my guess a ceo not used to being told no.

I wasn't in any of said cars, I just saw it happen. And if he's a CEO they must be raping him up the a** because that didn't look like a car a CEO would drive...

I think it's less that they're stupid (although they are) and more that no one gives a flying sh!t about anyone but themselves anymore. I blame rap music and foreign cars.

those guys were busy checking each other out and didn't go when the light turned green.

i saw a college aged girl (talking on the phone) make a u-turn *in an intersection* the other day....an intersection busy enough to have a traffic light and pedestrian walk/stop signals.

I agree, except it's all Muhammad Ali's fault. I could explain, but I don't have time and don't want to get baned. :)

Probably a teenager of some sort. Maybe an underappreciated salaryman with self-worth issues.

But yeah, why didn't the cop write a ticket? Or haul the jerk off to jail?

This cop has probably the easiest job in the world. All he has to do is stand at the entrance to the Gas Company teller window and make sure the line doesn't back out of the parking lot and on to 20th street...Nothing else, just stand there and make sure no cars block the road while trying to get in line to pay their gas bill.
