I just came across a plastic grocery bag from my favorite meat market in Acadiana (Lafayette, LA) and - lo and behold - the bag says there is a store in Tulsa, specifically, "8130 South Lewis, Suite E." Have any of y'all ever been there? Is it still there? If it's like the one in Lafayette, they've got some good eats that you ought to check out.

PS - There re also 2 stores in Houston, but that's not so surprising.

a good local meat market is the shizz. sadly, the one near where i live has really gone downhill over the last few years.....i guess people just don't buy there anymore....so they've started charging more and the quality is not always as good....seems. their spicy Sicilian sausages (of porngraphic proportions), ground Buffalo, and pastrami are still first rate though.

wooooooo baybee.

Looks good. Those crawfish stuffed chickens are hard to beat.

I've heard their meat is hard to beat too. Their big steaks, I mean.

You're not the first person I've heard say that about turducken. Makes me not anxious to try it.
