So I was out getting ice cream today, and I saw a roadside kite stand. That got me thinking about how much fun it is to fly a kite. It was one of the benefits of having a big yard when I was younger, plenty of kite flying space.

Back when KMOD (in Tulsa) was worth listening too they had a Kite flight every year in March. All these young folk would bring their kites to a park on south Riverside and fly their kites and some got really high........:D

btw, the dual string spinner kites are much fun.
