The panel also approved a revision of the rule on the length of halftime in football. The recommended time is 20 minutes, but it may be lengthened or shortened with the consent of both schools.

That would be better than all of the Orange Bowl halftime shows I can remember.

i'm just thinking that TV is going to play with halftime lengths based on teams. ttech may be required to have a 30 second halftime...

at least ashlee simpson is fairly hot. not that tom wopat isn't, i just don't do Duke boys. NTTAWWT.
