We had so much fun this last weekend. Saturday, Mrs S.H. just says, "hey lets go to yellowstone!" So we're like... "Okay, lets hop in the car and get there!"

One of the 100 falls in the park.

Just an overall excellent trip. I highly recommend this place to everyone who makes a trip out west.

That, my friend, is a long drive. We do it twice a year, from Utah to Gore OK.

In West Yellowstone we found a cabin with two bedrooms for 55 per night. It was pet friendly to boot.
Yellowstone and the Tetons are just amazing.

I went to Yellowstone/Tetons last summer. Also went up to Glacier National Park while I was up there. Amazing scenery.

We saw their distant cousins. One grizzly and a couple black bears. YOu can always tell when their around because the traffic instantly stops. It's always fun to pull over and point at nothing just to slow down traffic. My wife and I did that a couple times just for kicks.

That really is an awesome part of the country. There's a breathtaking scene EVERYWHERE you look.

Hurry up there to see it all before the whole think erupts in a huge volcanic explosion, casting the planet into several years of darkness and winter.

I got some amazing footage of the buffalo, old faithful, etc. When we left to come home the plan was to stop half way. we werent really tired and decided to drive a few more hours, next thing you know we just keep coming, bought some coffee and red bull and 20 hours later we pulled into the drive way.

We went there when I was a kid in about 1965. We took a zioollion feet of home movies - so we thought. When we were just about to leave the park, my mom realized that none of the film had gone through the camera to be exposed. At least we got to revisit a few places for "retakes."

Agree that Yellowstone is one of the most beautiful places in this country. Such a wide variety of scenery and wildlife. I highly suggest it to anybody.
