armadillo eggs yummy grill recipe

Half a jalapeno seeds out, fill with cream cheese, wrap with bacon and grill untill bacon is done. yummy unless you get a real hot one. you a got great grill recipe woulk like to here it.

my dad does a similar thing when he comes back from quail hunting. wraps a jalapeno with the quail breast and a piece of apple smoked bacon. puts it on a skewer and grills em. pretty dang good.

the only way to eat duck is to basically do the same thing. take a sliver of duck then put a slice of onion on it then jalapeno half and wrap in bacon, throw on the grill.

Next time I go hunting we'll try either cream cheese or cheddar in there also.

Put stew beef on top of the cream cheese if'n you want something a little more filling.

When they're done, throw away the duck and eat the onion, jalapano, cheese and bacon.....;)

I feel compelled to advise those choosing to cook Armadillo Eggs/non-New Orleans-gay-poppers to do so away from their house or covered patio. When the bacon grease hits the fire you have a raging inferno on your hands.
