i didn't see this posted yet, so i felt it was my duty to inform my sooner brethren that today the ncaa approved instant replay for the upcoming football season. the best part of this is the way they changed it. i don't know about anyone else, but i was really hoping for this. they have agreed to let each coach have(i think this is what they said) 1 challenge per game. i was just watching some baseball scores and they started talking about this, so i'm not sure how new this news is.

just one challenge per game? i dont like that.

but i dont like how coaches would always have to call timeouts so that the replay officials would have time to buzz the ref on the field. that really annoyed me.

I've always said that losing a challenge should be limited, not challenges themselves. If you challenge every play of the game and you are right, you should not be penalized (ie, losing your right to challenge other plays later in the game). I think each team should get 2 challenges. If you are correct, you don't lose the challenge right. If you are wrong, be careful on your second one.
